Every wedding – no matter how large or small – involves many details to be looked after. To simplify your planning, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day. Other questions are answered in the FAQ section. Of course, your dedicated wedding specialist is on hand to answer any other questions or concerns you may have.

Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up – Most rooms can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.

Dance Floor and Risers - These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.

Ceremony Room – Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.

Order of Events – From traditional to your own unique vision, allow your wedding specialist to assist you in deciding the flow of your day.

Audio-Visual equipment – Our onsite audio-visual experts can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.

Ice Sculptures –Ice sculptures to match your wedding theme are available, from simple to the most elaborate ideas.

Parking – Valet and complimentary self-parking is available. All parking is outdoors.

Wedding Cake - Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation with our pastry chef during the tasting of your proposed selection.

Gold Passport - Hyatt Gold Passport points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding at the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino. Two points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.

Pricing - A Food and Beverage minimum is applied to all events at Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa & Casino. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due seven business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final menu contract is signed. All Food and Beverageis subject to a Service Charge and Sales Tax.

Guarantee - A final number of guests is required seven business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
