From intimate gatherings with candlelit tables to lavish affairs that fill the ballroom, our experienced planners and chefs will work with you to customize your celebration. Our tantalizing menus offer selections to fit every budget and style, including ethnic and dietary adaptations of our cuisine. For groups of up to 150 guests, one of our most popular menu choices is Personal Preference Dining®, which allows your guests to select their own entrees at the time of your event. From every detail of the reception to planning the accommodations, one of our experienced Wedding Consultants will help you create the one-of-a-kind event you envision.

Our Lake Tahoe wedding packages include the following amenities as an added touch:

  • Complimentary accommodations for the Bride and Groom, including Champagne, strawberries and turn down service
  • Special room rates for overnight guests (Rates and availability are dependent upon season and occupancy levels)

Your Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino catering manager will assist your wedding planner by offering suggestions regarding décor, photography and music vendors. In addition, your catering manager will orchestrate your wedding rehearsal and ceremony from the introduction of the Bride and Groom to the cutting of your delectable wedding cake.
